Common questions
What is dynamic pricing?
It means pricing each night on its own, based on what's happening in the market: demand, season, local events, how far ahead the date is and what similar properties are charging. Instead of one rate for the whole season, you earn more on busy dates and still pick up bookings on quiet ones.
What does it cost?
1% of bookings made at the prices we set, with a minimum of €25 per property per month. There's no setup fee and you can leave with 30 days' notice.
Is there a minimum number of properties?
We work with agencies and managers running 4 or more properties.
Can I override prices if I want to?
Yes. If you want a specific price on a given date, tell us and we'll lock it in and price the other nights around it.
